West Mountain Electric.
We are a Donnelly-based electrical contractor. We offer electrical service & repair, new construction & remodel wiring, and specialty installs like generators and transfer switches, heat trace, lighting, hot tub wiring, and more. Being based in the mountains and having a satellite office in Caldwell, Idaho, we’re uniquely positioned to support both full-time residents and those building or maintaining mountain properties, as well as our friends in the Treasure Valley.
As Valley County residents, we recognize the pain of being located in such an underserved area. Waiting days or weeks for a contractor to travel from the Valley, unreturned phone calls, lack of consistency in service and scheduling, and no follow ups or availability for callbacks are all very familiar to us. That’s why we decided to put Eric’s 27 years of electrical experience to work locally.
Eric Hickman has been a licensed electrician for over two decades. He holds licenses in both Idaho and Oregon. Over the years, he has spent his time in both residential and commercial spaces, new construction and service work, as well as industrial settings.
While we’re not working, we spend our time backpacking, traveling, attending concerts, and enjoying the outdoors. It’s not uncommon for us to sneak in some time on a paddle board or skis throughout our week.
